At their plenary sitting of 12.03.13 in Strasbourg, Members will discuss and vote on the legislative reports on consumer dispute resolution, namely the online dispute resolution (ODR) and the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) reports. These put forward proposals for faster, easier and cheaper resolution to disputes with traders.
